Detailed Description:
I propose a world banking system that allows players to invest money into a finacinal trade system that automatically distrubites loans to players in need or by request(to sure up budget deficits)and allows for the issuing nation to either place specific amounts of money, regulate the money they have offered and forgive all or part of the debt to nations that are fiscally unable to repay due to economic situations (natural disasters, war, ect). I would also like this system to use the existing trade system like the one when purchasing goods from the world markets.(except this one is only for loans) If you like this idea Vote yes.
