Detailed Description:
Make boosters to gain populations of certain kinds of workers. For whatever reason if you lack many workers because it takes a while to build schools, or there is an immediate need for military buildup or whatever the scenario, there should be a booster in which one can buy a certain amount of workers from a specific group, Mid-level workers, executives, etc. Of course they would be different prices or different numbers of workers depending on how hard it is to produce them

We will add sucha booster but we do think that the problem of workers is now at least partially solved and we have so many features waiting, including more boosters, it may take some time to complete.
