Detailed Description:
I think wars should be easier to win. I think you should be able to win a war in two ways. 1:by destroying a small city or factory and the capital. 2:by getting your opponent to surrender before you destroy the two objectives. This could make it easier to expand your empire. And also know if the other person is fighting you because every time I enter a war my opponent does nothing and it feels like I'm not in war which makes it boring. So,if you want a larger empire vote yes. Not to mention more POWER.
