Detailed Description:
Ok we are able to buy weapons transports and trucks for our militaries but are not able to transfer weapons between countries in our empire. This makes little sense in my opinion. I believe it would be much more realistic if we were able to transport weapons, supplies, services, etc. between our empire countries. This should not be done without a cost however. I believe a cost of .1% per item in transit between empire nations to make it somewhat burdensome but still allow us the realistic opportunity of actually utilizing all the nations of our empire towards a unified goal. So vote YES to allow empires to function as a unified entity and pool resources the way federations are currently allowed. VOTE YES!
