Detailed Description:
When a country declares itself peaceful, all weapons are not destroyed. The player has to sit and daily reactivate any inactive weapons at ever decreasing numbers to totally disarm. When a country declares itself peaceful all weapons in that country should be removed automatically, regardless of inactive or active status. I personally feel that the weapons should be placed on the market as an immediate sell so the country has a monetary benefit from disarming.
