Detailed Description:
People should have the right purchase strategic weapons on the world market without waiting a month because what happens if your country is weak you will need weapons such chemical and nuclear missiles to fight such an opponent like an empire that has at least 8 countries vote yes if you want less mighty empire enslaving you countries, or vote no if you want you country to fall.

Nuclear weapons used to be traded on the market and were used to easily by too many players. We have now limited the trade to prevent it. The recent introduction of secured mode, may make a change back to market trading possible.
