Detailed Description:
Another option should be added to the voting screen for these proposals. We should be able to "Exit Without Voting" Sometimes we look at a vote because the title is not clear and do not wish to vote because we, frankly, could give a flying fig (cleaned it up a little for the family types here) one way or the other. I am sure that some results become skewed due to players just clicking "Yes" in order to exit. YES: To Add "Exit Without Voting" NO: To leave it the way it is
