Detailed Description:
When the country buys stock for the population this money is paid by the country.. If they are going to do this then they should at least have the total value of the supplies in the assets since technically until the people buy it from the country its still ours.
If you think that the supplies a country keeps should be counted in the assets vote yes. If you don't vote no.
