Detailed Description:
I think that quality should have more effect then just looking cheaper to 'best price' methods. I think higher quality input should also lead to higher quality output. Also that higher quality purchases for a country should boost some aspect of the people living there, and that higher quality weapons + ammo should work better in war. This means that quality does more then cost more, and means that there will be ACTUAL demand for higher quality products instead of artificial demand for it. How does everyone feel about this? Should we request it or not?

Higher quality raw materials has a major influence on the quality of the output. This is a verey old part odf the game. We will indeed also inplement it for countries as suggestred.
