Detailed Description:
I have attempted every possible way of removing the remaining defensive troops from the garrisoned areas: ie; Capital, Fortifications, etc... I have set the garrison to undefended and recalled the troops, yet they still remain. Maintaining these troops is not something I want to be forced to do. They are a financial drain on my countries every month. If any of you veterans realize I'm an idiot, please advise me on what to do. Otherwise, perhaps a solution can be found for this bug. Thank You
