Detailed Description:
We should be able to transfer of goods from one country in our empire to other country. 986B a month military 580B a month non-military Those rates are to low. Basic defenses are 50T plus in military assets alone. I vote for allowing both military and non military to be transferred to other countries in the empire with no reduction to the spending limits. Vote Yes for unlimited in empire transfer Vote no if you dont agree
