Detailed Description:
The gamemaster should add worker trading on the direct market. 2 examples: a)HLW's for LLW's b)Gold coin for HLW's Players should be allowed to buy workers for their direct market account. These workers can later be transfered directly to the players country.

We plan to add trading of selective groups of workers. However, the problem with shortages of HLWs should not be the reason for suc trading. The HLW problem is already much improved and more changes in the coming weeks will further reduce such shortages.
