Detailed Description:
When I place a bid or create a cash market offer it says when the bid will end. But the time it gives is in a different time zone from mine. The simple implementation of a clock for that time zone or being able to set the time zone these times are based on would be useful. Please vote yes for to have one of the two options implemented (or even both).
