Detailed Description:
Since Nuclear Power is stored as electric power and used as electric power it is unreasonable that it should be sold separately for a lower price then the exact same product. I propose that nuclear power be sold as electric power for the same price, in order to level the playing field between the producers of nuclear power and those making conventional oil based electricity. I do not own any Nuclear Power corps and this is not for my personal profit, I simply want to see real competition between different sources of power generation as I feel it would add to the gaming experience. This vote is based on a misunderstanding of how the market works.
The actual price of the product depends on the market. If everybody starts buying nuclear power its price will increase and if electric power is not purchased its price will decline. The game is not setting the price.
If you start buying nuclear power at a low price it will be delivered to your country as electric power. You can then turn around and sell the elcetic power on the market for a much higher price. If you do this for some time, you will make money and at the same time, nuclear power price will go up and if you sell a lot of electic power, its price will decline.
Once the price is the same, you will probably stop doing it.
In the future we will add more ways to make electric power and more ways to make fuels. They will compete on the market but if players don?t care and just buy the product without looking at the price, market competition will not work and some will forever enjoy lower prices.
