Detailed Description:
i propose that the recent change stopping the building of nuclear missile corporation on the four non war worlds be changed back to allow them. those countries without a space program like myself will be unable to acquire such weapons without being to produce out oen nuclear weapons. vote yes to allow the building nuke missile corporations on ALL worlds.

Nuclear weapons are currently sold on all the worlds in contracts and direct sale. As FB is the war world, it is appropriate to restrict the production of nuclear weapons to the war world.
