Detailed Description:
Ther's this massive, cool country (valdemar) nextdoor to me in the next region, and I just found out it took over one of my fortifacations, so I was wondering if any new and medium-ish or small country could join my revolution and teach those massive countrys a lesson. Nobody can take any of your fortifications. Only in war, can can conquer part of your country. The fortification is just painted too far. Go to the map menu and move the fortification into your country.
