Detailed Description:
OK I just thought of this like 10 seconds ago while watching the news and I thought why not have corps that work like temp agencies. Here's what it would do, the country that has one of these corps well be able to 'loan' out excess works. Say for instant you have a lot of Low Level Workers (LLWs) while this guy over here doesn't. Well instead of sending him a request to transfer some of your workers to him and some of his to you, just have the temp corp send some. The corp well function just like a temp agency, as I've said before, where the people it loans out will have to be paid two or three times the normal salary. Now when people of the same job as the temp have come into the country's reserves that temp will then be sent back. If SimCountry were to actually do this, I suggest that the temps do NOT get counted as part of the real work force. The column in the education priorities where it tells how many workers are need for 100% production should not include the temps. Also I suggest that the country's president should be able to set how many people of what jobs should be sent out, otherwise this would have no point, and if he would allow temps to be bought into his country. This is planned as a future addition. We have two temp corporations waiting to be activated. It will take some serious work to make a market for the products and have corporations hire the workers in case they have shortages.
