Detailed Description:
In the interest of realism I propose that the GM should reduce the tariffs on imported goods into C3 countries. 90% or so is a ridiculous amount for a fee to countries for resources used. As an alternate suggestion offer countries a free trade zone option as an inducement to locate new corporations in poor countries. The question to answer is: Do you want a overhaul on the fee system to countries for our paid resources "used".
