Detailed Description:
"Sometimes the shortages for items go into the negative millions (or billions), and it's impossible to dig them out because all the other supplies to make a corporation that builds it are also in negatives! I think there should be some kind of way to slightly boost the amount in stock every once in a while, so it doesn't sink so deep. I also believe it to be the public duty to try to build corporations in your countries to ease off the shortages. I know for one Construction needs it! Who agrees with me?"

We should not intervene unless the market is in real trouble. It shouldnot happen. We agree that you should do more and be flexible and solve these shortages.
