I think that we should have strategic weapons on the world market because if we are at war with a country with strategic weapons and we have none, we are more vulnerable. However if we were able to buy strategic weapons we would be able to fight back. If you agree with this idea please vote yes. If you think this is insane vote no.

The defensive weapons are easily obtained on the open market and defense against strategic weapons is easy to setup. Strategic weapons must remain hard to obtain. If you have no other way, build your own factories.
