Detailed Description:
I think that Strategic Corporations should be more profitable
Currently I have opened a Strategic Airport corporation,
(Merced strategic airports, New York, LU)
Although it has been selling all its stock, and producing at ~100%, it continues to lose money, already it is 15B in debt.
This is a proposal to fix this problem and allow strategic corps. to be more profitable so that it will be easier to supply yourself with strategic weapons

The profitability of many weapons corporations is improving and general profitability too. We agree that corporations with a small production of very high cost items, should be more profitable because the instability of their turnover does represent a handicap.
