Detailed Description:
Too many times a noob President takes over a country and immediately nationalizes all corporations that aren't country controlled without having a clue about the game.
I propose a "grace period" on when new Presidents are allowed to nationalize CEO owned corporations which reside in their new country. This grace period would be a long enough time for the new President to learn about the game and the benefits and/or disadvantages of allowing CEOs to run/build corporations in their country.
The corporations in return however, should be well-run and profitable. A value could be determined the same way Enterprises accumulate aggregate scores which affect rankings. Once a set value is determined on a per corp basis, any CEO owned corp below this value is then excluded from the benefit of the above mentioned grace period. This will ensure CEOs manage their corporations properly if they are interested in keeping them.
Vote YES to implement a grace period which disallows new presidents from nationalizing corps immediately upon taking over a country. Vote NO if you like things the way they are.
