Detailed Description:
I ask that we be able to select a country or corp that we want to lend money and the rate of interest which it will attract. This feature would add another bargaining chip to matters. It would also offer the chance of providing aid to a country without people being able to cheatingly move money.

A true money market will be added to the game with the possibility of direct landing contracts. Setting the interest rate was part of the game in the past and was generally used for large scale cheating. One country paid huge interest rate to another. It was then bankrupted and replaced by another, providing unlimited cash.
