If you send a message to your Federation or your Common Market and you have more than 2 to 18 countries there. It's really annoying. WHEN YOU HAVE TO DELETE THE SAME MESSAGE IN ALL THE COUNTRIES YOU HAVE BOTH IN THE FEDERATIONS AND IN THE COMMON MARKET.
