Detailed Description:
I would like to see an additional type of employment - Small Businesses. I understand that when dealing with large populations (in the tens of millions and upwards), it's easiest to just add huge corporations. However, a large portion of real-life citizens are employed by Small Businesses. I suggest that a small part of your country be employed by local and small businesses. This can be done by taking a small percentage of a country's unemployed people (1% to 3%), and placing them into a category "Small Business Employees." Their salaries would be an average of the country salaries. It would also add another stream of revenue for countries (i.e. Tax on small business) as well as add to Population Spending, Taxes Paid by the Population, and Contributions to Health & Education. It would also help lower Unemployment, and cut the cost of Social Security for those unemployed. Vote Yes for the addition of "Small Businesses" Vote No to leave employment as is. Thanks!

Small business should have a unique function that large business cannot fulfill. It cannot contribute a lot to the country finances and will require player?s attention. We think that there is place for such small corporations if they produce player designed products and the game creates a need in countries for such products.
