Detailed Description:
Similarly to how empires or countries with upcoming expiration are shaded differently on the region maps, I think as well, countries in a region that have secured mode enabled or disabled should be deactivated. Often times, countries preparing for war will be deactivated, and so we need to be able to see at a glance if any immediate neighbors have this mode turned off.
For greater viewing and assessment convenience, secured mode status should be shown on the regional map instead of needing to click on individual countries to see. Agree? Disagree?
