Detailed Description:
It makes absolutely no sense that countries and enterprises without an owner should own a large proportion of shares of corporations owned by active players. Demand for shares quite often becomes comical, yet these entities retain shares. I propose that effective ASAP, all "dead" nations and enterprises should own no more than 1% of shares of active corporations and that their held shares be released for public sale.

The shares are owned by the investment funds in these countries and they sell automatically when the price goes up. They are essential in creating a market and they always sell when the price is right. All countries and enterprises can have public corporations and in such cases they own a large part of the shares. These corporations can be purchased and taken away from such owners.
