Detailed Description:
You should be able to set the percentage of your military forces that are on active status. This would eliminate the need to reactivate arms every month just to keep them at your preferred level. When arms are purchased, sold, or used, the active/reserve number should automatically be adjusted according to the targets you've set. Ideally, each type of arms would have its own target, but at the very minimum, there should be different target percentages for defensive, offensive, and strategic. You can set hiring targets for your corporations, so why not for your military forces? Vote YES if you want this option for maintain military levels automatically. Vote NO if you want to only be able to activate/reactive arms manually.
