Detailed Description:
I would like to see a method where you can sell off excess supply surplus in your companies. Mainly this is in response to receiving 2 years worth of supplies on a monthly order, not to mention it was 4 times the market price. I want to be able to sell off an amount I consider excess. Vote - YES - in order to allow selling surplus company supplies.

This vote is not clear. Corporations owned by countries can easily sell their raw materials to the country. Countries can easily trade on the market. Enterprises can easily buy and sell products to their own corporations and can trade on the market.
