Detailed Description:
If at any point you decide that you have too much military it is not easy to get rid of it at the moment. To be able to sell any type of military on the open market you have to have it operational in a country and not in the reserve. I understand that transfers should have the stock operational but when you are selling from your reserve why should that unit have to be in operation. CEO's can sell any type of military at any time yet they have nothing operational. VOTE YES to change so that you can sell military at any time VOTE NO to keep it that the stock has to be operational and cost you a fortune to sell it.
