Detailed Description:
Gives us the option to sell shares directly to CEOs, country and Investment funds. If you have a good a P/E ratio (0.5), after the 1st month you offered, each and every Investment Fund in that world will want a piece of your corp. If you wanted to sell shares to a specific CEO or to the country or even Investment Fund (thinking in the future, since the investment funds will have their share on the future Development Index), you can't. The demand will be too high for the buyer even request a buying offer. But, if you still had shares to give away and you wanted for that specific person to have those, though luck! Give us the option to sell shares to whoever/whatever we want!
