Detailed Description:
At this time the current Security Council proposals affect only the country that the president owns. In certain cases where a ban of nukes is needed, a proposal which has been passed and accepted should affect the entire empire. I propose that any issues that the SC agrees on should subsequently affect the president's entire empire. If you agree with my proposal click on yes :) if you don't agree then click no :(
