Detailed Description:
A vast majority of players have no idea about proposals put forth by the security council, nor do they have the notion that resolutions MUST be put forth as a general vote once the resolution has been passed.
I PROPOSE that a section be made on the members home page, announcing NEW proposals made within the council, and announcements when proposals are in the GENERAL VOTING stage.
By putting the information within the users view, a lot more Security Council actions will be noticed, and the general public will have more participation.
If you agree that the status of proposals, general voting, and results be made NOTICEABLE
Vote Yes. If you rather live your life in ignorance and let the security council ran rampant with untied aid, vote no.
