Detailed Description:
Sea ports will be of grate value to the game, not only for the economy, but for recovery as well. New corps will be available and in my opinion more fun in the game.

It might be a good addition to the game but there are a few problems.
Not all countries can have them. They all can have a navy but for ports, you need a coast line.
There are also so many features to make and problems to solve that we will probably not get to this for some time to come.
