Detailed Description:
for a more realistic part of the game perhaps we should put in a Police and Fire index. They require low level workers and low managers but a more safe population would be ideal for people to move to and an unsafe enviroment may cause fire break outs and crime waves. if you want a safety system with a positive and a negative then vote yes if you have another idea to make it better let me know
