I believe that having the option to immediately dispatch a Supply Unit to replenish an Air Wing or Long Range Division is needed. Vote Yes if you agree. Vote No if you disagree.

During war, if needed, supply units go immediately but only if a supply unit is available. Needed means that at least one third of supplies is used or otherwise they will go and get you two missiles. Make sure you have enough supply units.
