Detailed Description:
I think that your in a war and the winning country offers peace, you should be able to ask for Reparations. Things like clean up crews money and gold to help pay for the damage that has been done in the war. This would be pretty neat because you would quickly be able to get your country back up and running. Another vote is being able to surrender. Right now we are not allowed to surrender. My country is strong But i to will face tougher countries.

Surrender was debated short time ago on this page. Reparations are neat but open for misuse. You start a new account, (you now own two). One of your countries attacks the new country, it offers peace for a price. The new country pays the price and the new multi account is cancelled.
The procedure takes 5 minutes and can be repeated endlessly.
The procedure can be set for full members only but there are many pit falls and risks that make it too complex for what it adds to the game, compared to so many features that are waiting for completion.
