Detailed Description:

You can't move corporations to countries with a president until you have 6 corporations and are playing simcountry for 28 days. You are free to move this corporation in a country that has no president. This rules should be removed from the game

This rule is intended to protect players from fly by night, multi account players who in the past caused damage by attacking CEOs and countries only to disappear after the damage was done and re-appear under a new name.

The 28 days delay has ended that practice.
