Detailed Description:
In addition to destroying weapons, I propose recycling them. This action would result in the country or CEO receiving the amount of resources that went into building the weapons.

There is already a simple way to do this by selling the weapons on the market. Most times when you recycle, you get a very small fraction of the original price as scrap metal. Selling them will be much more attractive financially.
