Detailed Description:
We should have a feature where we have corporations buy only a certain amount of supply amount as an automation. Example, when a corportion runs low on a raw material, you can preset a number saying that it buys 12 months of supply. This way we don't see corporations buying excessive amount of goods and causing sometime loans or profit loss. Vote yes for this or no if you disagree.

You can set levels but amounts remain quite large because smaller purchases will mean more frequent purchases and the number of trades may increase dramatically and make it impossible to process. As it is now, we are processing millions of transactions each day on each of the world servers.
