Ranks for Federations Status: Will be implemented

Detailed Description:

There should be ranks for federations as there are for countries. I mean simple ranks : Federation name > Assets rank > War rank > Number of countries >overall total score or something like that ... and that's about all. It would be nice to have that dont you think so ?
