Detailed Description:
A president of a country should be allowed to make a buy out offer to a CEO of a privatly owned corporatioin or enterprise. In countries where there are where too many of those type of corporations to support a high level of production/hiring due to a small labor pool there is nothing a President can do to improve it. Allowing this would fix the problem.
