priority supply/airlifting Status: Please read our response

Detailed Description:

i think that we should be able to set a priority meter on each scheduled airlift, airdropping, or supply drop. i find it extremely annoying to find my supply units and air transport units doing either nothing or deploying weapons to garrisons, while my armies around the world need supplies. my idea is to have a numerical meter next to each airlift/airdrop operation, or in the case of supply units the meter would be on the ?change target levels? menu of the unit that needs the supplies. we would then set the meter on a 1-10 number scale of priority (1 being top priority), there would also be a "no priority" setting at the bottom of the scale, which means that air and supply units can take their time to complete the operation(no priority setting should be the default setting if there is no manually set number). air and supply units would then do their share of the supplying/airlifting based on the number scale. this priority system would greatly enhance the capabilities of a fighting force in time of war, and of moving large units in time of peace. vote yes if you agree.

We already promised to look into the airlifting and see if it takes too long and make it faster.
On supply units in general, the fastest solution is to add some supply units and the problem will be solved. More air supply units will help too.

We will make this change ASAP and then look into somme examples to see if supplies are delivered faster.
