Detailed Description:
When you put population transfers on the direct trading market, if the best bid is larger than your minimal price you set, you should not be able to reject the deal, because now that you can only bid gold coins you own. What if you needed the population for an emergency? The rules should be equal, because now some sellers are placing population on the market then right before you receive the population if your bid is larger than competitors, and larger than minimal price they reject it. Making you wait more time to place another bid. You should not put population for sale, if you dont intend to sell it. vote yes, for equal buying/seling rights. vote no, for unequal rights.

We intend to add a direct trading market where you can purchase a population transfer and it takes place immediately. It will include a market for any products and also banks for direct money exchange.
This feature is overdue. It was delayed by the war engine effort but will be implemented soon after.
