A police Force to Battle Illicit Drugs, Arms Traffiking, Human Smuggling, Drug Use, Vandalism(From Unemployment)

In the Index there would be about 10 main rules your country would rule by, each one based on different areas of your country.

And there would be a minimum of 2 rules you HAVE to choose.

This would basically help to define different government types.
