Detailed Description:
It's very easy for players to hide their identity by simply changing their president name, and this has a profoundly negative impact on the game. Aggressive players change their identities on a serial basis to make themselves harder to identify. This makes it very difficult players to figure out who they're talking in chat and in-game, and has led to widespread paranoia about who is who. Serial name-changers may enjoy this atmosphere of paranoia, but peaceful long-time players and new players do not. It is possible for players to keep track of account numbers in order to identify a given player's current identity, but not many players know how to do this and it cannot be worked backwards to find a current player's past name(s). Proposed Remedy: Please add a name change log for each player account which is accessible to all other players, and which shows all previous president names in the account's history. Please link this to president names on countries, enterprises, halls of fame, SC Forum and security councils.

It is not easy to make it transparent but we can limit the changes to once a week or so. This will make it impossible to have a ten minutes name and disappear.
