Detailed Description:
When building a military corporation as an enterprise it requires a nation with a President and that is NOT restricted by that Nation's CEO options.
I propose that to save Corporate players a lot of lost time constantly hitting the search key that the search database and algorithm be slightly modified so that when building corporations with these requirements only appropriate nations are returned as possible building points.
Leave the option to build undermanned corporations in place (red bars on available workers meters). However, make the search appropriate to national settings. Simple idea, lot of wasted search hours saved.
