Offensive Anti Aircraft Missile Batteries Status: Will be corrected ASAP

These weapons seem to have been overlooked when creating the option to add offensive weapons to Military Units. This seems wrong and make it so that these weapons are virtually useless. All those that think you should be able to put OAAMBs into Military Units please vote yes. All opposed please vote no.
