Detailed Description:
The war Between Alberta and Alpha mouse is a case in point. Alberta had no need to nuke the weaker Alpha Mouse, but nuke it it did -- destroying every city and causing 100s of thousands of deaths.
I suggest such leaders who do this should come before the Security Council as war criminals, starting with the leader of Alberta. Please vote yes before you are nuked for no reason.
