Detailed Description:
I recently have had to move some corporations because the original host country got too low in population to staff my corps. I had to pay a fee to the original host to move my corporations to another country that could provide proper staffing. It makes no sense for a President to collect a fee because he has either alllowed too many corps. to be built or has dramatically raised the corporate tax rate forcing the relocation of enterprise controlled corps. Please vote to eliminate fees for moving corps.

If the country does not have the necessary workers movement is free. Other wise, it is not. Fees will stay in other cases to prevent shocks to the economy when several corporations can move out at once. We had this situation before with all its consequences.
